Non-refundable items

  • Opened or unsealed perfumes
  • Used or tested products
  • Travel-size or 10ml atomisers
  • Perfumes without original packaging

  • Include photos + order number
  • We will replace or refund

  • 7 working days to cancel
  • Items must be unopened

Click & Collect

Collect your order from our kiosk inside Blackbird Barbershop, 58 Thomas Street, Limerick.

  • Collection only during opening hours
  • Mon–Fri: 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
  • Orders may take up to 4 hours to prepare
  • Orders placed outside hours = next working day
  • Wait for confirmation before collection

  • Sale items = exchange only
  • Customer pays return shipping
