At The Perfume Souk, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to help ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Because we specialise in premium fragrance products, hygiene, safety and product integrity are essential to our returns policy.
This page explains which items can be returned, how exchanges are handled, and what to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-refundable & non-exchangeable items
- Opened or unsealed perfumes
- Used or tested products
- Travel-size or 10ml atomisers
- Perfumes without original packaging or unboxed items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost
Order Cancellations
In line with Irish consumer law, you may cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unopened
- Returned in its original packaging
- Authorised by our team before being sent back

Exchange Policy
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund, excluding delivery costs
- Sale and discounted items are exchange only and cannot be refunded
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service
Returns Process
- Goods must be returned as sold, in their original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition
- Any complimentary testers or free items included with the order must also be returned
- All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued only after inspection of returned goods
- Refunds cover the product cost only and exclude delivery charges
- If your order qualified for free shipping, €4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs
- Refund processing time is up to 14 business days once the return has been received and approved
